No stain is used, the color is achieved through the process of caramelizing the natural sugars in the bamboo with heat and pressure. Slight differences in bamboo shade colors are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid bamboo and is considered a benchmark of quality.

Extremely strong and durable, the exotic bamboo used is 100% harder than red oak wood. Focused on sustainability, each bamboo culm used in production is individually selected by the local farmer and harvested by hand. This preserves the ecosystem of the native bamboo forest, and leaves the bamboo root system intact, from which new bamboo shoots will emerge and grow the following year. Even more, the entire bamboo culm is used in the manufacturing process, wasting nothing.
