Inspired by Scandinavian modernism, the simple lines of the Ribes sideboard/buffet bring the simple elegance of Mid-Century design into the modern home. This beautiful storage cabinet is perfect your dining room, used as a TV media center, as well as a contemporary office credenza.

Beautifully finished on all four sides, the Ribes' smooth design and softly rounded corners show off the beautiful color and grain of the solid bamboo material. It features a center drop down door for media access. Directly below, the solid bamboo drawer is constructed using English dovetail joinery, and soft closing, under mount drawer glides. On each side are two adjustable storage shelves behind closed doors. Finishing the look are sleek recessed pulls, and handsomely shaped legs which taper towards the floor.

Pair with the Ribes Dining Table.

Expertly crafted in earth friendly solid bamboo, variations in grain and color enrich the natural beauty of bamboo furniture and make each piece unique. Slight differences in bamboo shade colors are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid bamboo and is considered a benchmark of quality. The Ribes dining collection makes it easy for you to promote sustainability in a lovely, classic and functional way in your home.

Yang Lin

Yang Lin Greenington

In 2004, Yang Lin set out to create his own line of high quality furniture made of solid bamboo, the planet’s most eco-friendly, rapidly renewable resource. He strives to ensure that his products represent quality, style and elegance; that’s why he only uses the best materials and works with only the best craftsmen. Yang Lin’s teams based in North America and Asia are always focused on the highest level of quality control, support for product development, and factory compliance.

Extremely strong and durable, the exotic bamboo used is 100% harder than red oak wood. Focused on sustainability, each bamboo culm used in production is individually selected by the local farmer and harvested by hand. This preserves the ecosystem of the native bamboo forest, and leaves the bamboo root system intact, from which new bamboo shoots will emerge and grow the following year. Even more, the entire bamboo culm is used in the manufacturing process, wasting nothing.
