Shipping & Delivery

What to expect when preparing for your order to arrive!

At Rustic.com we take great pride in making certain your order gets to you quickly and in one piece! However, delivering high end furniture is very tricky, so please read through the following steps to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible!

1. Congrats!

You've placed your order! We've recieved your order and our team will begin the production process right away.

2. Your furniture is built.

Our artisan is in their shop, carefully crafting your furniture just for you. They work hard to build your piece within the listed process time in the product description. Once completed your furniture is packed for shipment.

3. Your furniture ships.

We'll schedule the pick-up with our selected shipping partner and send your furniture on its way! You will get an email with the tracking number, and you can contact info@rustic.com if you have any questions!

4. Delivery is Scheduled.

Once your shipment reaches the destination hub near you, our selected shipping partner will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to pick a time that works best for you to ensure you are available when they arrive!

5. Delivery Appointment Confirmation.

The day before your delivery is scheduled, you'll receive a phone call to confirm and to set up a 4-hour delivery window. These delivery windows are typically Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am-5pm.

6. Your furniture is delivered!

The furniture will be delivered ‘curbside’ which means it will be brought to the end of your driveway. If you would like arrangements to have the furniture brought into your home please email: shipping@rustic.com within 48 hours after order placement.
