Moso Platform Bed

Expertly crafted in earth friendly solid bamboo, the Moso platform bed features sleek mid-century styling, clean lines and modern angled tapered legs. The elegant sweeping headboard shows off a beautiful accent panel crafted in solid exotic Tiger bamboo.

The Moso platform bed is designed for use with a mattress only, which is supported with a solid bamboo European slat system, which lock into place. The solid bamboo slat system eliminates the need for a box spring, and provides constant ventilation for your mattress, with generous space for storage under the bed frame. The tough metal to metal connecting hardware withstands multiple bed assemblies with ease.

Shown in caramelized with accents in exotic Tiger bamboo. No stain is used, the colors are achieved with heat and pressure. Exotic Tiger combines the light and dark material, creating a unique and beautifully striped grain with continuous colors throughout.

No two pieces are exactly alike. Variation in grain and color enrich the natural beauty of bamboo furniture and make each piece unique. Slight differences in bamboo shade colors are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid bamboo and is considered a benchmark of quality.

Yang Lin

In 2004, Yang Lin set out to create his own line of high quality furniture made of solid bamboo, the planet’s most eco-friendly, rapidly renewable resource. He strives to ensure that his products represent quality, style and elegance; that’s why he only uses the best materials and works with only the best craftsmen. Extremely strong and durable, the exotic bamboo used is 100% harder than red oak wood. Focused on sustainability, each bamboo culm used in production is individually selected by the local farmer and harvested by hand. This preserves the ecosystem of the native bamboo forest, and leaves the bamboo root system intact, from which new bamboo shoots will emerge and grow the following year. Even more, the entire bamboo culm is used in the manufacturing process, wasting nothing.
